Program Description
The WCD Americas Institute is a 1.5 day program offered to women corporate directors from around the world. The program will include discussions on board governance including the board’s oversight of corporate culture and technology that is disrupting and enhancing business today.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, participants should be able to:
- Describe technology that is enhancing and disrupting business today.
- Identify the latest issues facing various industries including financial services, consumer products, healthcare and technology.
- Understand the role of the board in oversight of strategy, risk and corporate culture
