Rowena Track is an accomplished, results driven, global innovation, transformation and turnaround executive of Fortune 100 companies, with expertise in cyber security, artificial intelligence, digital innovation, technology transformation and strategic modern marketing. She has over 30 years of global and domestic experience in diverse industries, such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Banking, Financial Services, Technology and Health Services. Her employers include Cigna Corporation, TE Connectivity, CitiBank, TIAA-CREF Financial Services, Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceutical, Yale University School of Medicine and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

Currently, Rowena serves on the Board of Governors of the University of New Haven in Connecticut, and is a member of the Audit Committee, member of Cyber Security Advisory Board, and member of the Risk Management Committee.

Rowena is a digital native and cyber security expert who is known to be a key influencer of her company’s Boards and had been successful in gaining buy-in and approval of large scale global innovation and digital transformation initiatives. Rowena’s career had been at the intersection of corporate strategy, modern marketing and sales, digital disruption, and technology innovation. Starting in the late 90s and to date, Rowena has been a pioneer in leveraging innovation and digital solutions to transform and enable growth and customer centricity for her employers in the new global digital economy. Rowena is known as a turnaround and transformation leader and has led client and customer centric global enterprise-wide initiatives which resulted in revenue growth, increased brand equity, net new customer acquisition, retention of existing customers and double digit Net Promoter Score increase.

Rowena is a Board Leadership Fellow and Governance Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She is a speaker at NACD’s global Summit on the topics of innovation, transformation and digitization.

Rowena is a member of IEEE’s (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Women in Engineering (WIE) chapter. She is also a member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD) for which she has moderated a panel on innovation in digital currency, a member of Women in the Board Room, and Rowena has recently served as a Board Coach for 2020 Women on Boards.

Most recently, Rowena attended the Harvard Business School programs for corporate boards including: Making Corporate Boards More Effective, Audit Committees in a new Era of Governance, and, Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions.

In addition, Rowena attended Stanford’s 21st Annual Director’s College program. She holds a BS in Physics and an MS in Computer Science.
