Theme: FOCUS- How Culture, ESG and Technology are Radically Changing Board Agendas

Up to 100 corporate directors and C-suite executives, representing companies from the S&P 500 to large family-owned businesses with more than $200 million in revenue, are expected to attend the Americas Institute in Miami, Florida on February 10-11, 2020, to discuss compelling topics as part of the theme, FOCUS – How Culture, ESG and Technology are Radically Changing Board Agendas.

The Institute offers inspiring conversations with leading directors, analysis of the critical issues being discussed in boardrooms today, and the sharing of leading ideas and perspectives, all in an intimate peer group setting, that allows attendees to go deep-fast.

Who is Invited to Attend

The Americas Institute is open to all WCD and BoardNext members.
 
Non-member registration is limited to speakers and current corporate directors who serve on public and large privately held company boards.

There will be an early-bird discount of 15% for all registrations made before December 30, 2019.

Refunds will be given for cancellations received prior to January 10, 2020.
