BoardNext NY/LA & WCD NY/LA Virtual Event

THE SMARTER COLLABORATION VIRTUAL EVENT: HOW TO BOOST PRODUCTIVITY, CULTURE, AND INNOVATION FROM THE TOP

Date:
April 25, 2023
Time:
12:00-1:00 PM (ET) / 9:00-10:00 AM (PT)

Please join us for an engaging and thought-provoking conversation with Dr. Heidi K. Gardner, Author of Smarter Collaboration: A New Approach to Breaking Down Barriers and Transforming Work. This session will showcase the latest research on smarter collaboration and its applicability to female board and leadership team members. This includes the measurable business and talent benefits of working across silos: greater productivity, higher profit margins, faster innovation, and increased employee and customer loyalty—to name a few.

We will also explore how women board and corporate leaders can maintain effective collaboration in the context of today’s top business challenges, such as economic headwinds; a shifting talent market; and obstacles to greater diversity, equity, and inclusion. We will reinforce how smarter collaboration fuels connectivity and lays the foundation for a diverse, multigenerational workforce.

The discussion will include concrete steps for current and aspiring board members to achieve four major outcomes:
1. Leadership growth
2. Reduced over-commitment
3. Productivity gains
4. Achievement of their board/leadership team’s top strategic goal

Our goal is for attendees to leave the session with several practical new ideas for leading a collaborative organization.
Event attendees will be shipped a complimentary copy of Dr. Gardner’s book, Smarter Collaboration: A New Approach to Breaking Down Barriers and Transforming Work. During registration, we ask that you please provide your full address.
