Heidi Allen will lead us in a discussion of the transformative nature of technology, how it can be designed to drive board engagement, and to move the needle on advancing diversity on boards. She’ll base this on her experience modifying board process for the company she worked for, as well as the most current research on the techniques that have been most effective in bringing cultural change to companies, including board transformation.

An attorney for over 30 years, including litigating major cases as an Assistant US Attorney defending various healthcare companies, Heidi was the General Counsel of a rapidly growing (from $.5B to $6.5B in revenue) publicly traded healthcare company before co-founding The Concinnity Company with Nancy Falls.
