Culture may eat STRATEGY for Breakfast but STRATEGY eats Organizational Structures for Lunch: The Board’s Role in STRATEGY 

We are delighted to welcome our speakers for this event:  Virginia Simmons, Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s Midwest Office and global board member, and Richard Sykes, Senior Partner Emeritus from McKinsey & Company and member of the board for Dycom Industries. When we asked for feedback on meeting topics last summer, strategy and shifts in strategy over the last decade was the overwhelming request.  We will look forward to hearing McKinsey’s insights.  Virginia and Rich’s bios are attached.  Please plan to join us on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Northern Trust, 50 S. LaSalle St (Monroe Street entrance). Cocktails begin at 5:30 pm followed by dinner and the program beginning at 6 pm.
