We will be discussing Corporate Culture in the Boardroom.  Today more than ever, investors believe that the health of a company’s corporate culture is a meaningful investment factor.  Many investors also expect companies to take a stand on key social and political issues, including workplace diversity and equality, income inequality and cyber and data security.  Our discussion will focus on how board members should view their oversight duties with respect to corporate culture, cultural and political risk, and the opportunities and challenges that investors’ interests in these matters can create.
