BoardNext LA/Orange County Chapter Event

BoardNext LA/Orange County Chapter Event
Join us for an opportunity to network with a unique and talented group of your peers at BoardNext—a WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) Foundation initiative designed for experienced, highly qualified, and board-ready women.

Conversation Leader Susan Stautberg, founder and former CEO of WCD Foundation, will discuss her new book Betrayed: A Survivor’s Guide to Lying, Cheating, & Double-Dealing. In Betrayed, Susan and her co-author look at “true stories of betrayal to learn how to handle setbacks, control the urge for revenge, consider forgiveness, and set a positive path for the future.”

She will be joined by businesswomen who are featured in the book.
— Dorrit Bern, who has served on major boards such as OfficeMax and Wet Seal, is currently serving on the boards for the Foster Business School at University of Washington and Jay Baker Retail Board at Wharton, and was CEO of Charming Shoppes Inc.
— Kathleen Mason, who has been CEO of Tuesday Morning and Home Goods, on the boards of Genesco, and a former director of Office Depot, Men’s Warehouse, Hot Topic, and Boston Restaurant Associates.

We look forward to seeing you on November 8.
