The panel will provide an understanding of such terms as machine learning, robotics process automation, natural language processing and other aspects of technology for a nontechnical audience. The panel’s main focus is on board-level issues, such as risks and accountability, questions to pose to the executive management team about the limitations and potential negative synergies, understanding the costs implications, positive case studies, and the impact on talent management and communications.

  Dr. Inna Kuznetsova – COO of 1010data, the leading provider of cross-enterprise data analytics tools. She also serves on board of Global Ports Investments Plc, which operates container terminals in the Baltic and Far East basins. Until its recent acquisition by E2 open, Inna was the president and chief operating officer INTTRA, the largest digital network and analytics provider for ocean shipping industry. INTTRA processed over a quarter of containers in global trade and connected over 60 carriers and 30,000 shippers. Prior to joining INTTRA, Inna was the chief commercial officer of CEVA Logistics and before that, the global VP, Marketing & Sales, Systems Software at IBM, where she spent 19 years in a variety of global roles. Inna completed her Masters and PhD study in mathematics at the Moscow State University and MBA in Columbia Business School. She is a frequent speaker on technology-driven innovation.
   
Dr. Anastassia Lautenbach – Technology entrepreneur and nonexecutive director in the U.S., U.K. and Germany. Board member, easyJet PLC; board member, WireCard AG; member, the Advisory Council Next Gen Boards of Nasdaq; member, The Advisory Council Corporate Governance of Diligent.
   
Ergun Ekici – Ergun joined IPsoft in 2001 and currently serves as Vice President, Emerging Technologies. His duties include architecting business solutions leveraging autonomic arbitrage. Ergun has successfully partnered with global financial institutions to provide bespoke solutions to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. At IPsoft, Ergun has led global application management services along with development services. Before joining IPsoft, Ergun worked as a Java Architect in the Financial District.
   
Florence Hudson - Florence Hudson is Founder & CEO of FDHint, LLC, consulting in advanced technology, diversity and inclusion. Former IBM Vice President of Strategy & Marketing and Chief Technology Officer, and Internet2 Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer, she has served as an Independent Director on public company and not-for-profit boards. Florence speaks globally regarding artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things, connected healthcare, blockchain, smart cities, cybersecurity, diversity and inclusion. She is Editor in Chief for the book “Women Securing the Future with TIPPSS for IoT” with 16 women authors regarding Trust, Identity, Privacy, Protection, Safety and Security in our increasingly connected world, with a new book planned with Women Securing the Future with TIPPSS for connected healthcare. She also leads global working groups regarding connected healthcare and cybersecurity.
