Chadi Habib - anciennement premier vice-président, technologies de l'information ( CIO) pour Desjardins
Chadi Habib was Executive Vice President at Desjardins Group and served on the boards of Zag Bank and Monetico International. Consisting of nearly 4000 technology professionals, his organization is accountable for all technology solutions and operations to the banking and insurance sectors of the group.

Prior to coming to Desjardins in 2011, he was the CIO and VP Shared Services for Rio Tinto Engineered Products in Paris, France. Before Rio Tinto, Chadi held several executive positions in Canada, US and Europe at SAP and EDS. Chadi Habib has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Stefan today advises on the design and implementation of compliance management systems. His areas of expertise include the implementation of effective and risk-based compliance processes and tools. His professional experience includes holding various senior compliance management positions at Siemens and SNC-Lavalin where he was responsible for the design and implementation of their respective compliance programs. He has been evaluating the effectiveness of compliance programs in the context of monitorships resulting from US DoJ/SEC enforcement action and as independent compliance expert under sanctions imposed by the World Bank Group. He currently also serves as a Member of the Board of Transparency International, Canada and is a member of it’s Management Committee.
