Jim Kaiser, board member for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board
(PCAOB) from Washington, DC, has agreed to join us for a discussion at a
lunch meeting at The California Club next March. Jim was appointed to his
current role at the PCAOB by the Securities and Exchange Commission in late
2017 and, before that, was an audit partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
This program will be joint
with the local chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors
(NACD) allowing our WCD and BoardNext LA/OC members to network with a wider group of LA-based
corporate directors.
