Dear honorable guests,

It has already been 4 years since WCD Korea Chapter was established. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your support and participation in every step of our achievements and progress. We would not have made it this far without your enthusiastic support.

Our 4th anniversary forum will be held on 26 November from 7:30 am (Korea time) under the theme of “the Future of the Board: Inclusion and Diversity.” As a key note speaker, we have invited Dr. Christine Chow, Global Technology Lead and Head of Asia and Global Emerging Markets, Federated Hermes International EOS, and her speech will be delivered through a live broadcast from London. She will be joined by our distinguished panelists, who will share their valuable insights and vision.

South Korea National Assembly passed an amendment to the law that mandates quotas for female board representation, which will be come into effect in August 2022. With the enactment of this law, the issue of ensuring diversity and inclusion in the board room has become a key agenda for all major corporations in South Korea. Your participation in this virtual event will be a highly valuable addition to our discussion.
