Leadership and mental resilience today

In an ever faster changing world, influenced by COVID-19, we need to look again into the essential ingredients of our leadership. Come to a new understanding of our underlying assumptions.

How do we facilitate and inspire courage and mental resilience in our organisations? How do we continue to create diverse & inclusive organisations, that will sustainably be successful?

Our virtual breakfast event will be led by Annemarie de Bourbon de Parme and Frans Versteeg.

Annemarie de Bourbon de Parme is a leadership consultant in the profit and non-profit sectors. Within organisational development, her main focus areas are diversity and inclusion. She read Dutch Law in Utrecht (LLM) and Media Studies in Groningen (MA). She also holds certificates form James Madison University and the law schools of Shanghai (ECUPL) and Sydney. Annemarie worked many years as a parliamentary journalist with the NOS in The Hague and Brussels. In 2011, she published the book De smaak van de macht (The taste of power), in which she wrote of her conversations about leadership with the former Dutch prime ministers.

Frans Versteeg is social entrepeneur, leadership consultant and coach. After reading Economic History & Philosophy at the universities of Leiden and Paris, Frans worked for many years for Heineken and thereafter served in strategic HR roles as well as in commercial and general management roles. Today he focuses on leadership coaching and consultancy. As social entrepreneur he focuses on the challenges of energy- and food transition. Frans is passionate about empowering people, opening up new visions for the future, supporting people and organisations in finding their mission in life, and making them more resilient and successful.
