Happy New Year! We suspect it is fairly unanimous that we are all happy to ring in 2021. Who knows what this year might bring. We are pleased to have vaccinations on the way, but the effects of the global pandemic will certainly be with us for a while, which impact the discussions we have on our boards, and the actions that our companies take.

The global pandemic has impacted virtually every industry in the world, but perhaps none more than the travel industry. Facing a collapse in demand, how is the airline industry adjusting and preparing for a new, uncertain future? For our first (virtual) event of the year, we are fortunate to have one of the key players in the travel industry address our Florida chapters.



Join the South Florida Chapter as we host a dialogue with Ted Christie, President and CEO of Spirit Airlines. Ted will provide valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by the global travel industry in the pandemic and post-pandemic era.


 
The meeting will be moderated by Tim Davey, Founder and Managing Director of Global Marine Travel, logistics provider to the cruise, private yacht, cargo and off-shore industries.
