Join us on Wednesday, March 3rd from 4:30 - 6:00pm PST for an exciting panel discussion moderated by Stephen Brown, Senior Advisor, KPMG Board Leadership Center, and including an outstanding panel of board directors from the tech, retail, energy and finance industries.

Topic:  “Re-thinking the Board’s Role in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion”

Board Capability to Fulfill its Role in this New Era:  How does the Board educate itself about the new environment and about what is working and not working at the Company?
Scope:  What is the Company trying to solve for?  Where does it want to weigh in? There are so many opportunities and how should the Board create benchmarks to measure and manage change.
Accountability: What has the Company said, what has it delivered and is it enough?  What are its Social Justice Goals?

We’ll also discuss some of the best practices for board members outlined in KPMG BLC’s recent paper “Race and Accountability in the Boardroom”. Click here for link.
