What’s Really Going On Inside the Beltway?
Monday, May 10, 2021
5:00 – 6:30PM
Every day brings new announcements of proposed new policies, laws and regulations coming out of Washington. KPMG’s Priya Dayananda, Managing Director, Government Affairs, and Scott McLucas, Managing Director, Government Affairs, will provide a bi-partisan, insider view of the priorities of the new administration and Congress. Whether your company has lobbyists or is simply trying to plan for all the potential and enacted changes, it is critical to have an awareness of the current inner workings of Washington and questions boards should be asking of management. These insights are not something readily attained in reading the major papers or watching the news. After Priya and Scott provide an overview of their insights of what they are seeing on the Hill, we will break into small industry-focused groups to discuss top issues and generate questions for the speakers when we reconvene for Q&A.
Please join us for what promises to be a lively discussion. Detailed speaker bios are below. Please register in advance at the link below after which time you will receive a confirmation email with details about the meeting.
