Location:  2411 River Oaks Blvd, Home of Sarah Morgan and Oscar Brown (and city historical landmark as former home of Governor John Connally) – presentation and discussion with wine tasting/cocktail hour. 

Speakers – Interactive panel including Lawrence Elbaum, Co-head of V&E’s #1 ranked shareholder activism practice; Sarah Fortt (corporate governance expert) and Maggie Peloso (environmental and climate change expert) – both co-heads of V&E’s ESG task force and moderated by Sarah Morgan, co-head of V&E’s M&A and Capital Markets practice group
