September 14, 2021 Event: "How to Prepare for and Secure that Next Board Opportunity"

Join us for an interactive workshop featuring Ana Dutra and Helen Adams who will share their tips for securing a new board position, joining a new committee and taking on a board leadership position. This engaging workshop will facilitate discussion, provide networking opportunities, and strategies to assist in personal and professional development as a board member.

This will be our second in-person event for WCD San Diego this year and we will be returning to Rancho Valencia. The event will also be live-streamed via Zoom for members who would like to attend virtually and recorded. Questions can be submitted via the chat function in Zoom.

Ana Dutra serves as Director on the Boards of the CME Group (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) (CME: NASDAQ), Harvest Inc., (CSE: HARV), First Internet Bank (NYSE: INBK), Eletropar, a unit of Eletrobras (NYSE: EBR), Elkay Manufacturing, Lifespace Communities and M.Holland.

Helen Adams  is a retired Deloitte Partner and Certified Public Accountant with three decades of financial expertise and leadership services to public and private companies and boards of directors. She serves as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Immix Biopharma, Inc. and Prometheus Biosciences, Inc.
