Do You Know What Customers Expect From Your Company?
The global pandemic dramatically sped up the already rapid migration toward digital marketing. As companies increasingly engage through digital channels, it is easy to leave customers feeling disconnected. Leading-edge players are focused on deeply understanding their customers and creating platforms, tools and apps that speak to their values, needs and desires, striving to bring a more human touch to the digital world.
Boards need to understand where their company is on the digital customer journey and how this impacts strategy. Our panel of marketing experts will discuss changes in both B2B and B2C business models and new ways of engaging with customers to elevate the customer experience.
Speakers will include Kipp Bodnar, Chief Marketing Officer of HubSpot; Alistair Ironside, Chief Marketing Officer, Rockland Trust; and Ashley Reichheld, Principal, Customer, Brand & Experience Practice Lead at Deloitte Digital. The panel will be moderated by Fran Philip, an experienced public director who is currently on the boards of Vista Outdoors, Coats, Vera Bradley and Totes Isotoner and was previously the Chief Merchandising Officer of L.L. Bean.
