·        Annalisa Barrett–KPMG: Board Leadership Center.Annalisa advises  directors on emerging corporate governance issues and conducts research to develop thought leadership on board composition and governance practices. She frequently speaks at conferences around the country addressing issues important to corporate directors, governance professionals, and investors. Barrett has been quoted on corporate governance and board practices in the New York Times, Bloomberg, and the Financial Times, and her research has been featured in the Wall Street Journal.

·        Kate Gold–Proskauer: Labor & Employment Law.Kate is a 25 year veteran litigator and is known for her extensive experience representing client in a range of industries, across all areas of  employment law. She has represented clients in all types of employment-related suits, including class and collective actions, discrimination, retaliation and harassment, non-compete and wage/hour matters.  In addition to litigating, she conducts high-level workplace investigations and routinely counsels clients on matters involving the full range of state and federal employment issues.
