The Carolinas Chapter of WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) Foundation invites you to your choice of in-person chapter meetings on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 (Charlotte) or Friday, February 17, 2023 (RTP). Join us for a discussion around the KPMG Board Leadership team’s new thought leadership, On the 2023 Board Agenda. We will dive into select critical challenges and priorities driving board and committee agendas in 2023 including:

•       Prioritizing talent, human capital management, and CEO succession

•       Engaging proactively with shareholders, activists, and other stakeholders

•       Reassessing the board’s committee structure and risk oversight responsibilities

We are pleased to announce that we will be joined in both locations by Susan Angele, Senior Advisor, Board Governance with KPMG’s Board Leadership Center.
