2020 WCD Virtual Global Institute

Thank you for registering to attend WCD’s first Virtual Global Institute and Visionary Awards Celebration.

Please note, people who register on September 9, 10 or 11 should expect to receive a link to access the event and login credentials via an email sent from PSAV within four hours of registering.

This will be a unique interactive event for the global WCD community and invited guests. In addition to keynotes and panel discussions, you will have the opportunity to participate in smaller peer exchange sessions to discuss real-time issues for board committees and industries. 

Pricing:
The price to attend the Virtual Global Institute and Visionary Awards Celebration is $275 USD for members and $375 USD for invited guests. There is a 15% early-bird discount for all registrations received by Friday, August 14th, 2020.  Because of the virtual nature of the event, and the fact that on demand replays will be available, there will be no refunds issued. 

Instructions to Complete the Registration Process

2. Respond to the questions and click on "Save Responses"
3. Select one of the three Breakout Tracks available for Wednesday, September 9, 2020
4. Click the arrow to expand the options for Thursday, September 10, 2020
5. Select one of the four Board Committee Peer Exchanges available for Thursday, September 10, 2020
6. Click the arrow to expand the options for Friday, September 11, 2020
7. Select one of the four Breakout Tracks available for Friday, September 11, 2020
8. Select one of the four Industry Peer Exchanges available for Friday, September 11, 2020
9. Click on "Proceed to Checkout"
10. Submit your payment details
11. Click on "Submit Order" to complete your registration. 
 
The Global Institute will be audio and video recorded and live-streamed over the course of three days for replay at later date. The recordings will be available on WomenCorporateDirectors’ for attendees of the Global Institute. The press may also be present, so the Global Institute should be considered on the record. You hereby consent to the processing of your personal data and on the publication of the audio, video recording, and live-stream. In that case, all processing operations that were based on your consent and took place before the withdrawal of consent remain valid.

If you do not agree with your image or voice being recorded and published, you may turn off your video camera during the Global Institute. You will still be able to ask questions while off camera by text chat.
