Felicia Gorcyca
Felicia Gorcyca is a Director at TPG Capital based in San Francisco and a member of the Global Human Capital team and Operations Group, where she focuses on building leadership teams and Boards for TPG Capital portfolio companies.
Prior to joining TPG, Felicia served as Chief People Officer for Blue Star Sports and Global Head of People Operations for Solera Holdings, Inc. Previously, Felicia spent thirteen years with Spencer Stuart, most recently as a Consultant in the Healthcare Services and Executive Assessment practices.
Felicia holds a degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and a Master in Public Health from UCLA.
Natasha Deckmann, M.D.
Natasha Deckmann, M.D. serves as an Independent Board Director for both AARP Service Inc. and Women's Health USA.
She recently concluded her role as the Chief Executive Officer for CarePoint Health, leading the health care system that includes three New Jersey hospitals – Bayonne Medical Center, Christ Hospital in Jersey City, and Hoboken University Medical Center as well as two affiliated Physician Groups.
As CEO, Natasha was responsible for the direction of the largest private employer in Hudson County, with nearly 4,500 employees who deliver the highest level of healthcare to the area’s urban population.
Lindsay M. LaCava
Lindsay M. LaCava is a partner of the Firm’s Tax Practice Group in New York and advises individual and business clients on a full range of state and local tax issues.
She was named a “Rising Star” in Tax Law in 2015 by Law360, and was selected by Super Lawyers as a New York-Metro "Rising Star" for Tax in 2013-2015.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Ms. LaCava was a partner in the state and local tax group of an international law firm. In addition, she previously worked at a Big Four accounting firm, where her practice focused exclusively on state and local tax.
Ms. LaCava speaks on a variety of state tax topics at events around the country and also frequently writes about state and local tax issues.
