Natalie Halich

Natalie Halich is a Chief Investment Officer in the International Finance Corporation’s Infrastructure and Natural Resources group. She is also a member of IFC’s Venture Capital Investment Committee: approving technology investments in logistics, transport, energy and storage, education, and healthcare sectors. She serves as a director to Lima Airport and Pacific Midstream, a Colombian energy midstream company, where she serves on the Audit Committee. She has previously held board positions in the digital healthcare sector and on non-profit organizations focused on combatting labor rights abuses in Southeast Asia and global climate change.

Prior to IFC, Natalie was an executive with Enron International, where she was responsible for corporate acquisitions in the Latin American power and natural gas sectors.

Natalie has over 25 years of emerging markets finance experience and has executed corporate acquisitions and private equity investments projects in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. She has lived in Colombia, Brazil, Ukraine and Russia.

Natalie received her MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan. She has also completed executive education courses on Corporate Directorships at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
