Is there an early-bird discount for the Institute?
Yes, the early-bird discount will provide 15% off the standard registration fee and is active until April 8, 2019.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations received by May 13, 2019 will be fully refunded. There will be no refund issued for cancellations received after May 13, 2019.
What is the price to attend the Institute?
The fee for the Pre-Institute dinner is $250 for members and $275 for non-members (no discounts will be applied).
The fee for the Global Institute (which includes the Visionary Awards reception and dinner and the interactive tech experiences on May 22) is $2,450 for members and $2,820 for non-members. (A 15% early-bird discount will be applied through April 8, 2019.)
Are you offering CPE (continuing education credits)?
Yes, attendees may receive up to 12 CPE credits, depending on the number of sessions that you attend.
Will there be shuttle service between the Santa Clara Marriott and the Tech Museum of Innovation for the pre-Institute dinner?
Yes, we will offer regular shuttle service between both locations throughout the evening. We will provide a schedule to attendees as part of the registration packet you receive the day of the event.
Is parking available onsite at the Tech Museum of Innovation?

Is parking available on the campus of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and is there an associated cost?
Parking is available at no cost at Hewlett Packard Enterprise offices.
