WCD member Maryann Bruce (Carolinas) recently achieved a CERT certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight. The robust, multi-module program developed by NACD, Ridge Global, and Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute,  improves corporate directors’ understanding of cybersecurity risks, details the respective responsibilities of the board and C-suite executives in cyber-risk oversight, and engages participants in a cyber-crisis simulation.
