When Tamara Vinitzky and Gabriela Terminielli presented the Argentina Chapter of Women Corporate Directors (WCD) in 2017, they had one goal: to create demand. “The space was created to think about the next step after corporate life, something that was not on the projection map for women,” explains Terminielli. And she adds: “Today that has changed and many enjoy contributing their vision and knowledge to a directory.”

Women Corporate Directors Foundation celebrate its fifth anniversary in Argentina, in the pursuit of a higher diversity on boards. Currently, there are 80 professional and executive women business leaders, members of this chapter, with a 66% growth in the last two years.
