Jane Okun Bomba

Board Member, Strategic Consultant

Jane Okun Bomba is an accomplished finance and HR executive with C-Suite and board experience. Jane was EVP, Chief Administrative Officer at IHS Markit, a global, $18 billion public Information Services company. She joined IHS in 2004 to lead an IPO, subsequently leading 450 people worldwide delivering support to the company through many corporate functions. Prior to IHS, headed investor relations at Velocom, MediaOne, and Northwest Airlines. Jane served in corporate finance at Northwest Airlines and American Airlines, starting her career with Price Waterhouse. Jane is a board member at Brightview (NYSE:BV – Chair: Nominating and Governance Committee; Member: Audit Committee), Clarivate (NYSE:CLVT – Chair: Compensation Committee), Nairobi-based NGO, Kickstart International and the University of Michigan, Business School Advisory Board.

Julie Dill

Non-Executive Director

Ms. Dill has over 36 years of working experience in large public companies including Spectra Energy Corp (Spectra), Duke Energy and Shell Oil Company. Most recently, she served as the Chief Communications Officer for Spectra until the completion of Spectra’s merger with Enbridge, Inc. in February 2017. Prior to that, she served as the President and CEO of Spectra Energy Partners, LP from 2012 until 2013, and the as President of Union Gas Limited from 2007 until 2011. Ms. Dill has 10 years of board experience serving on both public and private boards. She is a graduate of New Mexico State University and the Harvard Advance Management Program.

Deborah Ellinger

Former CEO and Board Member of Multiple Companies

Deborah is a former CEO, a seasoned public company board director, and a Senior Advisor to Boston Consulting Group. She has deep experience in M&A, private equity investment, activist investor engagement, board governance, and women’s leadership. Her board experience includes Tupperware, iRobot, Covetrus, Interpublic Group, National Life Group, Sealy, and several private companies. She has been Lead Independent Director, Chair of many board committees, and has led numerous ad hoc committees during times of change. She led four PE-backed companies over 15 years: Ideal Image MedSpas, The Prince-ton Review, Restoration Hardware, and Wellness Petfood. Jannice Koors

Senior Managing Director, Pearl Meyer

Ms. Koors is a senior managing director with Pearl Meyer and head of consulting services. She has over 30 years’ experience in executive compensation and governance and advises boards and management teams on all aspects of strategic human capital decision-making. A noted expert in the field, Ms. Koors has been quoted in various publications and has spoken at numerous seminars on executive and director compensation issues. She is NACD Governance Fellow and serves as faculty for the Director Professionalism and Master Class programs. Sandra Lawrence

Independent Corporate Director

Sandra A. J. Lawrence currently serves on the listed company boards of Evergy, Delaware Funds/Macquarie, Brixmor, and Sera, as well as the Hall (Hallmark) Family Foundation, NACD/National, and the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.

Lawrence retired from Children’s Mercy Hospitals as CAO, following 11 years as CFO. She was CFO of MRI Global and previously Director of MRI’s Statistics and Economics Center. Lawrence was VP of Administration for Gateway; and President of Stern Brothers Investment Bank.

Recognitions have included: NACD’s Directorship 100; WomenInc’s Most Influential Corporate Directors; C3KC Award; Executive Leadership Council; Savoy Magazine’s Top 100 Corporate Directors; Directors & Boards’ Directors to Watch; and many others.

Suzanne Rowland

Board Director

Suzanne has over 30 years of experience in global industrial material companies and has led five complex divisions in three public companies — Rohm and Haas, Tyco, and Ashland.    She has 16 years of public company director experience with four companies, has served on all committees, and has been the Chair of Compensation and Human Capital Committee as well as the Nomination and Governance Committee.   Her current boards include Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE) and James Hardie (ASX: JHX).  Suzanne recently obtained a Sustainability and Climate Risk certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.  Suzanne has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and MS in Business Studies from the London Business School.
