President and CEO
Tanuja Dehne is the President & CEO of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation. She is also a public company director, former C-level executive of a Fortune 200 power company, an award-winning corporate attorney, human resources executive, and governance expert. Tanuja is a member of the Board of Directors of Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. where she serves as the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She previously served as Chairs of Compensation Committees and Governance Committees on three other NYSE publicly traded Boards including Advanced Disposal Services, Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. and Climate Real Impact Solutions II Acquisition Corp. Connie K. Duckworth
Retired Partner, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Social Entrepreneur, ARZU, Inc.
Ms. Duckworth retired in 2001 from Goldman Sachs following a 20-year career. She was named the first woman sales and trading partner in the firm’s history in 1990.
She founded ARZU and served pro bono as Chairman and CEO from 2002 until its merger with U.K. charity Turquoise Mountain in 2019. She is a director Steelcase Inc. (SCS) and MP Materials (MP) and served on six additional corporate boards. She chairs the International Board of Advisors at the University of Texas at Austin, is on the board of NS-EE Holdings, is a past Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania and Overseer of the Wharton School, and was recently inducted into the McCombs School of Business Hall of Fame at The University of Texas.
Christine Edwards
Public Company Director and Private Consultant
Christine Edwards is a Principal with RBG Consulting, a consulting firm experienced in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Edwards is a nationally recognized authority on corporate governance, public company issues, and financial services regulation, and proactively advises clients on those issues.
Prior to March 2021, Edwards led the bank regulatory practice at Winston & Strawn, LLP. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Morgan Stanley, with a career in financial services that spanned over 30 years.
Edwards serves on the Board of BMO Financial and Chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee. She is Vice Chair of Rush University System for Health Board in Chicago and Chairs the Audit Committee. Read More

Independent Corporate Board Director
Janet S. Wong is a partner (retired) with KPMG. She is an independent board director with strong governance experience and recognition as a qualified Financial Expert. She serves on the boards of Lucid (Nasdaq: LCID), a sustainable mobility company producing luxury electric vehicles and electric powertrain systems; Enviva (NYSE: EVA), a global energy company manufacturing sustainable bioenergy; and Lumentum (Nasdaq: LITE), a high-technology manufacturer of innovative photonics.
The National Association of Corporate Directors named her to its 2022 Directorship 100™, an annual honor for leading directors and governance professionals. In May 2023, Board Prospects recognized her as one of the Top 30 Asian American Board Directors in the U.S.
