Modernizing Medicine's 

Founder and CEO - Dan Cane and his COO and CFO - Karen O'Byrne

Please join us for an amazing evening at Modernizing Medicine. Dan Cane founded MM in 2010 has been changing the face of electronic health care records since then.  Dan is a successful, serial entrepreneur (he started Blackboard when at Cornell!). This time he has teamed up with Karen O’Byrne as his COO/CFO. Karen too is one of those serial success stories! Come learn about their journey (so far) – how they create, develop and drive an award-winning, culturally strong technology company – including the importance of board engagement and contributions. In May, MM announced a $230+ million equity investment by the global private equity firm, Warburg Pincus, and an expansion of MM’s board.

It will be a night of inspiration and learning! 

Our WCD “conversation with Dan and Karen” will be held at Modernizing Medicine’s offices in Boca Raton. The offices themselves are designed with that creative/tech, Silicon Valley mindset.  For some of you, it is a bit of a drive, but still.
