Board Leadership Center (India) and WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) are hosting a discussion at the KPMG Office, Gurugram on 17th December 2018, followed by lunch. This is an exclusive members-only event for WCD India chapter. 

The briefing will be led by Mr. Arun Duggal, Co-founder – Women on Corporate Boards Mentorship Program and Independent Director on multiple boards on “Effective board members”. The briefing will be followed by a session on “What boards look for in independent directors” by Ms. Ritu Kochhar, Co-Chair WCD and Leader, Board Recruitment and CEO Search, Financial Services and Private Equity practice, Spencer Stuart in India.
