 The Changing Pipeline: The Board’s Role in Guiding Multigenerational Workforce Risk, Potential and Impact


The workforce now contains five generations of employees, all moving through the pipeline with the potential to become organization leaders. Our panel will address what boards can do to minimize the risk of generational divides, and support innovative, flexible and inclusive policies that turn these divides into advantages to help companies become employers of choice.
