San Francisco Chapter Event

Our next event will take place virtually on Friday, September 17 where we will have a fireside chat with Bay Area chapter member Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann who has just written a new book, FIT CEO, which will be released on September 14.  We hope you can join us for this unique and exciting virtual event!

FIT CEO, Be the leader of your life

Your work and your workouts shouldn’t have to fight for your attention. We get it: you’re busy. Whether you’re the CEO of a company, a family, or a career, it’s easy to make excuses for why you don’t have time to focus on your health. But getting fit doesn’t have to be hard. In this smart, snappy book, board director and CEO advisor Rebecca Macieira-Kaufmann teams up with founder of SOfit SF Inc. and transformation coach Lillian So to introduce simple, fun habits for total health and well-being. Short, down-to-earth stories and practical exercises will have you making changes in your life today.
