Photo/Audio/Video Consent

By selecting 'Yes' to the Photo Consent question during the registration process you are consenting to the following:

I hereby grant permission to WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) as lead sponsor, to take and use photographs and/or digital images of me for use in WCD related news releases, promotional materials and/or educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, websites or other electronic communications. I further agree that my name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images and recordings without compensation to me. All negatives, prints and digital reproductions shall be the property of WCD. I understand that WCD is not responsible for any use or disclosure of my photograph not authorized by WCD, and I hold WCD harmless from any loss, damage or injury resulting from any such unauthorized use or disclosure.

Please note the list may be distributed to attendees by electronic or paper means. Attendee contact information is intended solely for the use of attendees to communicate with each other, and is NOT to be used for any other purpose of solicitation or otherwise.
