Jennifer Reynolds 



Jennifer Reynolds became the CEO of the Women Corporate Directors Foundation on February 7, 2022, after spending four years as the president and CEO of Toronto Finance International, a public-private partnership whose mandate is to lead initiatives to develop and promote Toronto’s position as a top global financial centre and to foster the international competitiveness of the sector. In that role, Jennifer was responsible for leading TFI’s mission, including strategic planning and execution, engagement of private and public stakeholders in initiatives to advance the Canadian financial services industry, and public policy and advocacy leadership for the organization and the sector.

Prior to the role at TFI, Jennifer served as president and CEO of Women in Capital Markets, the largest network of professional women in the Canadian financial sector and the voice of advocacy for women in the industry. Jennifer also previously held leadership roles at Stonecap Securities, Omers Strategic Investments, BMO Capital Markets, and Scotiabank.

Jennifer is currently a corporate director of BF&M Insurance Group Ltd and the Canada Development Investment Corporation. She also previously served as a director on the board of Citibank Canada.

She received her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from McGill University. She was also named one of Canada's 100 Most Powerful Women.
